Fina Bank Outsources Statements Printing function to Paynet Kenya

Fina Bank has contracted Paynet Kenya to deliver Statement Printing Services on an outsourced basis. This development strategically ensures Fina Bank focuses on its core business, whilst continuing to efficiently provide statements to its customers.

In the scope of the contract, Paynet Kenya has;

• Provided the ability to upload Fina Bank’s Spooled Statements to Paynet where the data will be extracted and processed.
• Assisted with re-designing the statement layout to improve readability and reduce costs.
• Provided equipment, systems and personnel to ensure rapid, reliable quality statement printing.
• Developed the system so that statements are provided in an order that improves the speed of processing by the Post Office for posted statements and the branch for collected ones.

Paynet Kenya and Fina Bank already have the benefit of an existing business relationship with the provision of outsource services for the bank’s ATM Network.
