Diamond Trust Bank staff receive training on WagePoint

Paynet has embarked on a training programme for Diamond Trust Bank Relationship Managers to champion the WagePoint ATM service. This follows Paynet’s initiative to involve financial institutions who hold corporate accounts for organizations that can potentially benefit from the service.

The training covers all aspects of the WagePoint ATM service, including the roles played by parties involved,

WagePoint is an ATM based wage payment solution targeted at organizations that pay their employees or suppliers in cash.

East African Growers and WE Tilley are two of Diamond Trust Bank’s corporate clients using WagePoint ATMs to pay their outgrowers and employees.

These training sessions compliment Paynet’s ongoing support for customer service, marketing and technical assistance for its services.
